All rounder as the name suggests must be good at the three aspects cricket: Batting, Bowling and Fielding. Moreover you cannot call a cricketer an all rounder on the basis of stats. An all rounder regularly contributes both with bat and ball and is also a good fielder. Being an All-rounder is not an easy job for starters you have to make your place into the team with batting or bowling that means you have to be a good enough batsman and a bowler to keep your place in the side. All rounder has great importance in the side he or she can bowl useful over’s when the team needs him or her and bat for the team when the team needs it. It gives extra dimension to the team having an all-rounder is a luxury for the team

The main aim of spin bowling is to bowl the cricket ball with rapid rotation so that when it bounces on the pitch it will deviate from its normal straight path, thus making it difficult for the batsman to hit the ball cleanly. The speed the ball travels is not critical, and is significantly slower than that for fast bowling. A typical spin delivery has a speed in the range 70–90 km/h (45–55 mph).
Left-handed batsmen enjoyed a strategic advantage, rather than an inherent advantage over right hinders, because bowlers were less used to bowling to left-handers. There is quite a bit of an advantage to being left handed in CRICKET because of your minority status. You are used to playing against right hander and they aren't as used to playing you.

Fitness Components for Cricket. In addition to the high level of skill required to play Cricket, a successful player needs good balance and core strength, speed for running between the wickets and in the field, and fast bowlers particularly need very good speed and power. Cricket is a sport in which fitness is traditionally not thought of as very important. The importance of fitness in any sport cannot be underlined. The fitter you are the better you'll play. "The Art and Science of Cricket," that batting has five basic principles: "Watch the ball, keep your head still on release of the ball, judge length accurately, allow your hands to lead your body and feet into the correct position and select the correct shot."Your grip on the bat should feel natural, using the same tension as when you pick the bat up from the ground. Try to relax at the crease since tension will restrict your movement and have a negative impact on your technique. Lift the bat up as the bowler approaches, keep your head still, focus on the ball and commit fully to the shot you select.
